하이와 바이의 연속인 내 인생에서 나는 어떤 사람이여야 할까? The second thing is to not spend too much energy on something that isn’t worth it. For me, 2022 was a sequence of wasting time and energy on things that isn’t worth that much. I waste my time dreaming about going to Korea on summer vacation, so I was excited for like whole two months and like you know, exited me is not the best version of me. Also, because I was too excited when I came back from Korea, I had to face a burnout. I cried too much worrying about my mom, and it did bring me to the point where I felt like there is no joy in my daily life. I did spend too much time and too much energy and too many worries in my relationship between humans. And the thing I realized in the end was it wasn’t something that I should worry about, especially when my life was always about “Hello”s and “Goodbye”s. People who would stay will stay, who would leave would leave and who would go will go. What I need to do is just take care of myself and become a type of person who stays same though out the time no matter who is beside that person or where is that person at the moment. -발표문의 일부분 초본이라 더러움
